Synergee’s Weightlifting Belt is an indispensable tool that provides support to your abdomen and lower back during lifts. Each belt offers 3” of support in the front and 5” in the back. Cinch it closed with a steel buckle and fasten in place with Velcro. The easy-to-adjust design makes it quick and simple to put on and take off the belt for multi-modality workouts. Available in 5 sizes: S (28-32"), M (32-34"), L (34-36"), XL (36-40"), XXL (40-45")
